I’ve always liked creating things for people and the creative process itself, so it just made sense for me to go into an art-based field. The people I work with are pretty cool too.
Maddy Rojo creates captivating designs for our clients. Her distinctive and attractive graphics fit the bill for client work and in-house projects alike. It’s a good thing her favorite color is green since she has to look at it so much in bbr marketing’s branding.
An Atlanta native who’s the product of a Jersey girl and a Spanish conquistador (well, her dad is from Spain, but he’s actually a chef), Maddy is a SCAD graduate with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in animation, minor in storyboarding and magna cum laude honors. She was also the salutatorian of her high school, providing further proof that creatives can use their left brain too.
Maddy’s art skills naturally extend into all other areas of her life because, as all artists know, it’s not something that can be helped. She loves drawing, model kits, cosplay and sculpting. You will enjoy viewing her fan art on her blog, especially if you share her affinity for Star Wars, cartoon and video game characters. She doesn’t believe in being a starving artist, so she frequents Buford Highway for its awesome international food.
Maddy’s current hopes and dreams include:
- The ability to eat an endless amount of red bean and pork bun pastries with no health repercussions.
- Being represented by Tina Belcher from Bob’s Burgers in a movie about her life.
- A future trip to Japan to visit all its theme cafes and see the hot springs monkeys (you’ll want to click that link; they’re awfully cute).
Some of these might be more realistic goals than others, but one has to reach for the stars.
