CHALLENGE

In late 2011, Onepath Systems had grown substantially and realized they needed marketing help. They needed a marketing team that could provide everything from strategic thinking to routine day-to-day execution. Realizing this was nearly impossible to find in a single hire, they decided to reach out to bbr marketing to fill the role on an outsourced basis.

SOLUTION

They found exactly what they needed. To get things started, bbr marketing created a strategic plan for Onepath so any marketing efforts would support their overall business goals. From there, they set to work helping Onepath execute that plan. In addition to creating new collateral, website content and other materials, they also write blog posts, update social media accounts and brainstorm with Onepath on the best ways to reach out to key markets and expand their product offering to current clients. Additionally when Onepath acquired a company in North Carolina in early 2012, bbr marketing played a big role. They not only wrote the brand transition plan, keeping in mind the delicate nature of such a process, but also helped execute it both internally and externally. Now that Onepath is undertaking a new acquisition, a similar process is in place to ensure a smooth transition for this new company as it joins the Onepath brand. “We know that we have a marketing team that can serve our needs and will keep Onepath front and center in the market,” said Fran. “They are always there for us when we need them and come to us with great new ideas on a regular basis.
