CHALLENGE

PerryCrabb is an integrated engineering firm that creates innovative, sustainable designs. Their focus is on creating buildings that reduce operating costs and minimize environmental impact in healthcare, higher education and science & technology settings. While they do a great job communicating ideas and designs to their clients, the firm was admittedly less adept at conveying marketing messages. “We realized we had to step up our market presence,” is the way Jim Crabb, president, described the situation. “Engineers are not necessarily known for being good at marketing, and we wanted to make sure that everything that had our name on it clearly communicated the quality and care we put into every project. We knew we needed help with our overall look and messaging in order to better connect with our potential clients.” The firm had already worked with a graphic designer to create a new logo; now they wanted to effectively deliver their message while maintaining and expanding on their new branding.
